Shipping costs include postage and packaging. Items will be shipped within 2-4 days of receiving payment on in-stock items. If you have ordered a custom sized piece, you will be notified via email within 3 days for when your item will be ready for shipping. In a custom order case, your garment is made to order and this will change the regular delivery process. We will work hard to get your order to you as soon as possible.
All items are shipped via Canada Post unless you prefer another shipping method. Each item is designed using hand-dyed fabric. Items will look similar to the picture online-same colour scheme but the pattern and balance of colours will vary due to the surface design process. We will exchange items only if they significantly differ from what is represented in the online photos. However, we do not do refunds or exchanges on bathing suits or leggings.
