The feather earrings each have a custom made package for safe keeping and are shipped in a padded envelope inside tissue paper to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. The same goes for the horse hair jewelry and other non-breakable items. Any of the fagile orders will be shipped in padded boxes.
All orders will be shipped within 2-3 business days via Canada Post regular service. If you require express shipping or a tracking number please contact me.

Payment and Refund Policy
Please make payment (via Paypal) on all purchases within 2 days. All items will ship out within 2-3 business days after the payment has been made.
Due to hygenic reasons I do not except any returns on earrings. However, if you feel there is an issue please don't hestitate to contact me. On any other items I will accept exchanges or refunds on unworn and undamaged items within one week of recieving your order, I want you to be happy with your purchase! The return shipping will be your responsibility.
I do my best to ensure that all my photos and discriptions are accurate but please be aware that the colors etc. may vary slightly depending on your monitor.
