Chantilly is a bit cheeky with its blend of lace, cotton, velvet, and satin.
This collar is created by enveloping our sturdy webbing core with a luxe satin, then donning a double layer design of lace kissed cotton accented with a flirty velvet trim, and sealing the deal with some hard core hardware.
The velvet trim color will be coordinated with the overall color theme and look of the collar.

Shown is 1-1/2in (38mm) Chantilly Lace in a hot pink lace, yellow cotton underlay, aqua liner, aqua velvet trim, and nickle plated brass hardware with an aluminum buckle.
Each collar and leash is built from scratch from the moment it is ordered. Every collar starts with a webbing core wrapped in a silky luxe satin that is then adorned with your design of choice.
When ordering please provide the following:
Neck Size: All collars are adjustable unless a custom cut is requested. Keep in mind that there is an additional charge of a flat fee of $3.00 for any collar size over 36 inches. PLEASE SEE SIZE CHART
NOTE: Each collar and leash lovingly created by The The Twisted Cow, so no two items are alike and it gives it a bit of creative beauty. I ask that you please allow for slight variances from what is shown in the made to order photos.
Now...there are no collars or leash that is indestructible, so I ask that you regularly check your pet’s collars and leashes frequently for wear and tear and replace when necessary. I am a huge advocate of rotating collars to minimize wear and tear and washing (fabric protection is available here or you can purchase any fabric protection spray from your local discount store).

We know we are in a global society and we are more than happy to accommodate the four legged and the two legged. I can and will ship anywhere to ensure that the the fashion forward pet maintain the status quo in the deepest of jungles!!! However, I cannot list every country on the planet in our shipping section at the bottom of each listing. We will list our MOST COMMON shipping destinations and add more as time goes on. Just be aware that the USPS's prices can and will vary from place to place.
We mail out orders twice a week via Parcel Post, First Class, or Priority Mail. In terms of shipping time Parcel Post and First Class Mail are both 2 - 9 days domestic and "God-knows-when" International. We are more than happy to accommodate you in any way to get your package there more sooner than later, just drop us a line and we can figure something out that is best for all parties.
International: We have set the shipping for our neighbors to the north (Canada) and International based on the average shipping between Europe and Asia. you are a resident of either of those locations, and you are planning on doing a large order please contact us first with your order so that we can help you with shipping costs.

Payment and Refund Policy
Okay, payment..paypal only. I do not accept e-checks, paper checks, or money orders. I apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause. If you catch me at a show...you can definitely pay with cash!
I know this is the part of the store policies that sucks, but it is a necessary evil. Sale/Clearance items are sold AS IS - no refunds or exchanges.
For all other non sale items that are not custom...refunds are given on a case by case basis.
Custom items or Special Event items (weddings, Galas, etc.) are not exchangeable, all custom items are subject to the buyer forfeiting 50% of the cost if they cancel the sale. So, please ask me any questions prior to ordering...I love answering questions and customer service is one of my specialties!
