With so many changes in the workplace, companies downsizing, or closing, many friends and family are being affected by layoffs. While at first it's not hard to take it personally, I have found from the experience that it catapulted me to where I needed to be for the next opportunity in my life. I created this as a reminder to others to know that rather than looking at a layoff as a door closing looking at it as the Universe pulling closer to where you need to be on the next part of your journey in life. If it wasn't for the layoff there are many of friends in my life right now that I wouldn't have met.
