Payment and Refund Policy
If you are not satisfied with your product, e-mail us to arrange a return or exchange. We will accept returns for any unworn, unwashed items within 10 days of your receipt of the goods and we will issue you a refund within 7 days of receiving your item. Exchanges must also be unworn and unwashed and will be shipped within 10 days of receiving your item. Crywolf is not responsible for shipping costs on returns or exchanges. With exchanges, you will be charged for shipping for the exchange that we mail out.
