All items are shipped via the United States Postal Service within 10 business days (Monday through Friday) of payment received via PayPal. Shipping within the US typically takes 1 to 3 days and shipping internationally takes 1 to 3 weeks (items sometimes are delayed in customs).
Tracking, insurance and confirmation are not included, but can be added at cost. Please email me at fifi [dot] duvie [at] gmail [dot] com with any requests regarding these.
If your item does not arrive in the above estimated time frames, please email me at fifi [dot] duvie [at] gmail [dot] com and I will send out a new product. Sometimes items do get lost or delayed in the mail; it is my intention for you to receive your purchase as soon as possible.
All prints are send in cello sleeves and cardboard envelopes.

All items may be returned within 48 hours of receiving on the buyers end due to production or shipping defect. Items can only be returned for a replacement item of the same price and not for a full refund.
