Shipping Information

Items will be shipped by Canada Post regular surface or air mail within 2 - 3 days of purchase.

Made-to-order or custom orders may take up to two weeks before they are ready to ship. I will do my best to process orders in a timely manner and provide an estimate of time required to process your order. If you need your item by a certain date, please send me a message and I will do my very best to accommodate.

Shipping times (in addition to processing times) are approximately as follows:
Within Canada: 2 - 9 business days
To USA: 4 - 15 business days
Internationally: 1 - 8 weeks

Tracking info is not included on most orders, but is available on larger orders (ie. stuffed meditation cushions, multiple t-shirts), and some Canadian orders. Please contact me in advance of purchase if you require a tracking number.

GST / HST is applicable to Canadian customers. 13% HST (Ontario rate) is currently included in the shipping cost on Canadian orders. I will refund any overages (for other provinces) through paypal, or can send you an invoice in advance if you contact me with your order request. Local customers can save on shipping, if you are able to pick up in the Toronto area - contact me for details

US and International buyers are responsible for any customs, duties or brokerage fees that may be incurred upon arrival.

I use mostly recycled, eco-friendly materials for my packaging. If you would prefer new packaging or gift wrapping, please let me know.

Payment and Refund Policy

At the moment, I only accept payment through PayPal, but I am happy to accept cash, cheque or internet transfer from local buyers - please contact me directly for details. All items are listed in US funds, and are applicable to HST for Canadian buyers.

All items are handmade and one of a kind. Colours and design features may vary slightly from photos, particularly for made-to-order items.

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, I would be happy to exchange for another item of equal value, within 3 weeks of receiving, provided the buyer pays for return shipping. Contact me in advance to discuss.

If your purchased item becomes damaged due to problems with product construction, I would be happy to negotiate a refund or exchange, within a reasonable time frame.
