our herbal coffee is made with all organic ingredients, and is caffeine-free!
there is a big difference in caffeine-free beverages and decaffeinated. decaffeinated implies it had caffeine to begin with, such as decaf coffee. not all traces of caffeine have been eliminated in the steam and solvent rinse processes, which also eliminate naturally occurring chemicals that are important to the final flavor of the coffee.
we take organic roasted Chicory root, which has been used as a coffee substitute for ages, and blend it with organic Carob root, which has the highest concentration of inulin than any other plant, as well as high amounts of Vitamin C.
then, we add organic Dandelion root for its full, rounded flavor.
dandelion root contains a ton of essential vitamins and minerals, including A, B, and C vitamins, as well as potassium, iron, and calcium. dandelion root can stimulate urination while replacing the potassium lost to the increased volume of waste. dandelion root is also used as a treatment of liver and gallbladder disorders, and the incomplete digestion of fats. by accelerating the breakdown of various steroid hormones, this clears up many skin conditions such as acne and eczema.
we had many cuppings of our herbal coffee, with many combinations and steep times. we found this blend to most closely resemble a medium-dark roast coffee with chocolate and nutty tones. It’s definitely a favorite beverage.
to use:
steep 2 tablespoons per 16 ounces of water for 4 minutes.
the longer you steep, the stronger your drink will be.
bring water to a boil, steep, strain, and sip.
your organic herbal coffee will come packaged in a gorgeous 20oz clear recycled glass jar with glass lid that self vacuum seals, and can be reused for many years to come, with many different purposes.
the 20oz jar is filled to the brim and contains 12oz of our organic herbal coffee.
we live deep in the mountains and go to town for the post office tuesdays and fridays.
we ONLY ship USPS priority mail. this means that there is a $6.00 minimum shipping price per order, since it costs us that much to ship.
shipping your herbs or spices without the jar does not mean cheaper shipping, it's just not possible.
we do refund shipping over $1.00, so do not worry about losing money to shipping, we'll refund the overage amount to you via paypal when we ship your package- I promise!

if this is a CUSTOM ORDER, payment is required up front so that we ensure no goodies are lost or wasted.
we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. in this case, we will cancel your order and refund your purchase.
