Spooky. Gruesome. Bone chilling.
This necklace was made by me using tiny high fired ceramic skull beads. The beads were made in Peru, are hand painted and have exceptional detailing. The beads are formed like real skulls in that they have cracked detailing that goes all the way around to the back. Also, like real skeletons, they vary slightly in color and shape/size. Each one is just over 1/4" (8mm) across so the three of them together measure just under an inch (24mm) across.
The three little skulls have been wire wrapped side by side with antiqued brass wire. They will bobble around and look up and down as you move. They are hanging from dainty antiqued brass chain. All links in the chain have been soldered, which allows you to wear this piece without worrying about how it will hold up. The ends of the necklace are finished off with wire wrapped brass pumpkin beads and a lobster clasp.

This is a sturdy necklace. All links in the chain are soldered and the clasp and beads have been wire wrapped to the chain. This means there are no open links in the chain to come apart.
Also, this is a high quality necklace. No plated or brass-colored base metal components were used in this piece. All metal components are solid brass.

Total length of necklace including wire wrapped ends is 16.5" (41.9cm).
