PLEASE NOTE: If you are within NZ I will partially refund shipping fees to adjust to correct costs.
Also, if you are buying an A4 sized print, I will refund partial postage costs worldwide.
All clothing parcels are posted tracked and insured within NZ, prints are sent by standard mail in a protective envelope. For the rest of the world, standard international airmail is used which is insured, however untracked and takes between 7 - 14 days to arrive.
Please note, a customs declaration of the contents and value of the parcel is necessary on all international packages. I am required to fill this in correctly and accurately. This shouldn't be a problem for most but be aware that the customer is responsible for any customs charges incurred in your country and I am not able to refund for any packages returned for unpaid customs fees.
Payment and Refund Policy
All items are personally checked and carefully packaged before being sent out to their new owners. If for some reason your item does not arrive in tip top condition please contact me as soon as possible.
