Estimated delivery times are given below. Please note that delays beyond my control, such as customs, can occur when I ship orders outside of Canada. If an item is required by a specific date, please do let me know.
Within Canada:
All items are shipped via Expedited Parcel, with a guaranteed 3 business day delivery time. The parcel is fully insured against loss or damage.
To the US and all other countries:
All items are shipped via Canada Post Small Packet Air and are fully insured for the value of the item. After I have sent the package, USA customers should receive their parcel within 4-10 business days; and other internationals within 6-10 business days.
Shipping upgrades are possible. Please contact me for a quote if you require rush delivery.
In order to minimize the environmental impact of my packaging, I try to recycle previously used materials whenever possible: boxes, shredded magazines, cardboard, tissue from gifts. Whenever I do use new, I try to use materials which are biodegradable, with the exception of packing tape.
Please note that my studio is located in and ships from Vancouver, BC, Canada. The buyer is responsible for any taxes or customs levied on the purchase.
