All purchases from LoveBunnie will be shipped from Vancouver, BC CANADA. Shipping fees listed per item reflect the cost to ship with standard post.

Payment and Refund Policy

Return Policy

LoveBunnie does not assume return shipping costs. Postage required for return shipping is the responsibility of the sender. Returns requiring COD fees will be denied or deducted from your return.

Once you have sent your return package back within 7 days of receiving your item, we will notify you via email once it has arrived. Your refund will be processed within the next 5 business days. Please keep in mind that your banking institution may require additional days to process your return and post this transaction to your account once they have received your information from LoveBunnie.
